About Me
Hi, I’m Heather, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I’m currently licensed in Ohio.
My work focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, past experiences, and recurring patterns that feel difficult to change. I take an attachment-focused approach, which means we’ll look at how your experiences—past and present—shape the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
My style is grounded, thoughtful, and collaborative. I won’t rush the process or push you into anything you’re not ready for. Instead, we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, while still working toward meaningful change.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, spending time with family, traveling, and various art mediums. I believe having space to pause and reset is an important part of overall well-being—something I also bring into the therapy process.
